Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your Emma Bridgewater pottery, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Return Process

  Complete the Returns Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, clearly marking whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a different pattern or product.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items Securely

  Carefully wrap your pottery in its original bubble wrap and box to prevent breakage during transit, as we can only process refunds for items that arrive intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Return Label

  Attach the provided Royal Mail tracked return label to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any local Post Office branch and obtain a proof of postage receipt; your refund will be processed within 10 working days of us receiving the goods.
