Where is Emma Bridgewater pottery manufactured?
All of our pottery is proudly made by hand in our factory in Stoke-on-Trent, the traditional home of British ceramics.
What are your UK shipping rates and delivery times?
Standard UK delivery is £5.00 and typically takes 3-5 working days. We also offer next day delivery for orders placed before 1pm Monday through Thursday.
Is your pottery dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most of our earthenware is dishwasher safe; however, we recommend washing on a low temperature with liquid detergent. We do not recommend using our pottery in the microwave.
How do I return an item if I change my mind?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition for a full refund.
Do you offer a personalization service?
Yes, we offer hand-painted personalization on many of our most popular shapes, allowing you to add names or special messages to your pieces.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt with a photograph of the damaged item and your order number to arrange a replacement.
